Store Management

What is an expired store? The binding information obtained after the authorization of some e-commerce channels has a time limit. If it is expired, the store authorization will be expired, and it is unable to continue to synchronize the order / product information and realize the function operation. If you view the expired store information in dashboard data, please click to jump to the store management page in time to complete the re-authorization

Order Management

In response to the timeliness requirements of transaction processing, the system performs data statistics according to the three dimensions of waiting to be accepted, waiting to be shipped, and waiting to be printed to prevent missing orders.

Orders to be accepted: if Tokopedia and Bukalapak channels have paid orders, you must click “Accept Order” before they can be shipped. Therefore, the system counts the total number of orders that the merchant currently needs to process and accepts, and supports clicking the jump to accept all orders.

Orders to be shipped: The status of orders that can be shipped varies from channel to channel. For your convenience, you can click on all pending orders on the to perform one-click omni-channel shipping processing

PS: It is recommended that you prioritize synchronizing orders before operating “Accept Orders”/”Arrange Shipments” to ensure data accuracy

Orders to be printed: The total number of orders that have not printed the shipping label in the paid/to-delivery state, because the support status of the opposite order printing is different in different channels, so the statistics will be partially inaccurate

Inventory Management

No stock with order: the inventory data with stock less than 0 can be used. Click to jump to the inventory management page. Timely operation and editing of inventory information are supported

Stock early warning: when the stock value reaches the set safety stock, the accountant enters the statistics. According to the stock data of this module, the stock can be replenished in advance to prevent oversold

Out of stock: inventory data with available stock equal to 0. For this part of data, please check it in time and replenish the stock to prevent it from affecting normal sales

Product Management

Publish failure: When publish product in Genie, the product information that failed due to various reasons, the system has made a summary display of such products in all authorized stores of different channels. This information can be used to quickly understand the status of the product on the shelves, and adjust in time

Prohibited: The total number of products that cannot be put on the channel stores due to platform rules

Sold out: The total number of products whose available stock is equal to 0, please replenish the stock in time according to the situation and re-sell them on the shelves

Added display system update announcement information and common articles in the help center to facilitate quick understanding of system update status and search for online help documents

5. Order statistics

This module defaults to statistics on the order data of each channel on the day. If you need to view the sales performance of a larger range, please adjust the corresponding search time yourself to obtain more statistics

Supports two display styles of chart icon and list. Merchants can switch the display styles and obtain data according to their needs.

In the icon mode, the statistical dimensions are based on all and channels by default, and you can select stores within the channels to view the sales data of each store

In the list mode, the statistical dimensions are displayed directly according to the store dimension, and there is no statistical data for all and channel dimensions.

If you need to view the store statistics directly, you can click the upper right corner to jump to the store sales statistics table to view

Order total: the sum of the total amount of orders that meet all the statuses within the filter date. The amount contains a series of information such as shipping costs. The information is calculated using the sum of the order list and the order details

Total number of orders: the sum of the number of orders that meet all the statuses within the filter date

Total number of buyers: the sum of the number of buyers in all orders within the filter date

Total number of products: the sum of the number of products sold in valid orders within the filter date

Customer price: effective total amount/total number of buyers within the filter date, statistics of the average consumption amount of each buyer in the effective order

Valid order: the sum of the number of orders paid/to be shipped/in delivery/completed within the selected date

Valid order total: the sum of the total amount of paid/to-be-delivered/in-delivery/completed orders within the selected date (including commission/freight, etc.)

Cancel order: the sum of the number of cancelled orders within the selected date

Total cancellation: the sum of the total amount of canceled orders within the selected date (including commission/shipping, etc.)

Refund order: the sum of the number of refunded orders within the selected date

Total refund: the sum of the total amount of refunded orders within the selected date (including commission/shipping, etc.)

Currently, it is supported to view the top 5 sales data according to the three dimensions of product sales, total product sales, and total number of orders. This ranking includes a comprehensive ranking of all product data of all channels

By default, the sales data of the day is selected for sales statistics. If you need to view the historical ranking information, you can click to switch the time range by yourself

Product sales volume: the total quantity of product sold in an order that has been paid/to be shipped/delivered/received. The default value is the quantity of information of the corresponding product in the order

Total merchandise sales: the sum of the merchandise amount in the order paid/to be shipped/shipped/received

The total number of orders: the total number of all orders that the current product has been sold, this value does not distinguish the order status

Customer statistics is divided into two modules. The first module analyzes the composition of customers from the dimensions of channels and regions, and the second module provides you with statistics of Top5 customer information from three dimensions. The first module
