Order Category: All valid order data at related store that already synced with Genie.

Supported Platform: Shopee/ Bukalapak/ Tokopedia/ Lazada/ Blibli/ Shopify/ JD.ID.

Statistic Dimension: Order created date, longest filter could not more than 3 months.
Date Description: Orders placed on that day can only be counted into the following day’s statistics.

Note:

Total Order

The date created is the same as the total number of orders on that date (all order status).

Order Total Value

The created date is equal to the total value of the order on that date (including shipping costs, etc.).

Product Total Value

The total value of products in orders made as of the current date (excluding shipping / discounts, etc.).

Shipping Fee

The date created is equal to the total shipping cost in the order on that date (total shipping costs in order details).

Valid Order

The total number of orders that Paid Off/ Ready to Ship / Being Shipped / Arrived on the same date with the current date. 

Note: Half paid order doesn’t count in the statistic.

Total Value of Valid Orders

Paid Off Order/ Ready to Ship/ Being Shipped / Arrived with the same date with the current date. (includes the shipping fee, etc).

Note: Half paid order doesn’t count in the statistic

Return Order

Order Returned Time is the total number of orders returned as of the current date.

Note: Partially returned orders (involving Lazada / Shopify) are not counted.

Total Return Value

Order Returned Time is the total value of orders returned as of the current date.

Note: Partially returned orders (Lazada) are not included in the calculated value.

Cancelled Order

The total number of orders cancelled as of the current date. Partially cancelled orders are not count.

Note: Cancelled order involving Lazada are not counted.

The total value of orders cancelled as of the current date (including shipping/discounts, etc.). And the number of partial cancellation is included
